Terry was born on March 7, 1953 in Youngstown, Ohio to Gerald and Rae Coulter. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force and a 1982 graduate of National College of Chiropractic. Terry and his family have lived in, and loved, Columbiana for over thirty years. He dedicated his life to helping others and served as Deacon at St. Jude Parish for nearly twenty years.

Of all Terry's amazing qualities, his family will remember his intelligence and subtle humor the most. He was unbelievably kind and incredibly wise. He had a Star Trek reference for everything. He could lighten anyone's mood. He was the calm voice of reason. He was an incredible man, father and husband. He will be greatly missed.

We will see you again daddy. We love you.
