William L. "Bill" Frederick

Mineral Ridge, OH-July 10, 2011-William "Bill" Lee Frederick, 68, 3379 Main Street, formerly of East Palestine, died Sunday at Briarfield on the Ridge, Mineral Ridge.

Mr. Frederick was born June 5, 1943 in Salem, a son of Frank and Emma Guy Frederick.

Bill worked as a maintenance worker for Insul Co. in East Palestine for over 30 years. He was a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church, Youngstown, a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose Lodge #467 in East Palestine and an honorary member of the Unity Fire Department.

He is survived by his step mother, Oweda Frederick of Austintown; a step sister, Sandy (Larry) Kamoda of Austintown and a nephew, Matthew Kamoda.

He was also preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Atkins.

No services or calling hours will be observed. Burial will be in Glenview Cemetery, East Palestine. Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine is handling the arrangements.
