Wendy L. Warren

Columbiana - Wendy L. Warren, 62, passed away Thursday afternoon, June 2, 2016 at Hospice House in Poland.

Mrs. Warren was born April 19, 1954 in Salem, a daughter of the late Willis and Ida Lake Lipe and had lived in this area all of her life. Wendy was a home health care LPN for various home care agencies in the area.

She is survived by her husband, Thomas Warren, whom she married October 16, 1993; two daughters, Melissa Dwyer of Boardman and Abby (Jim) DeSalvo of New Middletown; a son, Tyler Warren of Columbiana; two step sons, Michael (Leslie) Warren of Lisbon and Matthew Warren of Salem, a sister, Pamela (Ed) Kufleitner of Columbiana; two brothers, Robert Lipe of Montross, VA and Terry (Melissa) Lipe of Austintown; and five grandchildren, Philip Dwyer, Jr., Isabelle Dwyer, Kaytlyn DeSalvo, Zachary Dwyer and Khloe Warren.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Fritz Nelson officiating. Burial will follow in Columbiana Cemetery. Friends may call from 6-9 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
