Warren "Dutch" Wilkinson Sr
Columbiana- Warren "Dutch" Wilkinson Sr., age 92, formerly of Washingtonville, died on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Whispering Pines, Columbiana.
He was born on February 4, 1924 in Salem, a son of the late Harry and Alice Stouffer Wilkinson.
Dutch was a veteran of the United States Army having served during WWII and had worked for the Ohio Turnpike Commission.
He is survived by a son, Warren Wilkinson Jr. of Hartville; a daughter, Patricia Lasiter of Elmer, LA.; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Dutch was preceded in death by two wives, Ruth Rupert Wilkinson and Sandra Wilms Wilkinson; two daughters, Sandra Mackall and Wendy Straub; two sisters, Betty Hinten and Virginia Davis; and a brother, Ralph "Wilky" Wilkinson.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 16, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 17, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Keith Conkle officiating.
Burial will be at the New Waterford Cemetery where military honors will be accorded by the Benjamin Firestone Post #290, American Legion.
