Rogers-March 6, 2012-Ursa Viola Brown, 84, of Rogers, died at 11:15 am Tuesday at St. Elizabeth's Boardman Health Center.
Mrs. Brown was born October 3, 1927 in Salem, a daughter of Clyde and Doris Low Dickey and had lived in this area all of her life.
Viola was a secretary for Attorney Donald Elliott for many years. She also worked as a cashier at the Rogers Community Auction.
She is survived by her husband, Delbert N. Brown, whom she married August 27, 1965; three daughters, Penny (Sam) Colundrello of Columbiana, Candy (Norman) Fisher of Ramsey, MN, and Debbie Brown of Rogers; three sons, Jeff (Debbie) Brown of Lisbon, Roger Brown and Lynn Brown both of Washingtonville; seven grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
A daughter, Vicki Wiescherman preceded her in death.
Funeral services will be held at 6:00 pm Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Pastor Tom Jones officiating. Burial will be in East Carmel Cemetery. Friends may call from 4-6pm Saturday at the funeral home.
