Theresa M. Sabino

Canfield- Theresa Sabino, age 86 of Canfield, formerly of Columbiana, died on Tuesday, December 6, 2016, at Austin Woods Health Care Center in Austintown.

She was born on September 22, 1930 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late John and Theresa Toth Banyots.

Mrs. Sabino was a member of First United Methodist Church of Lisbon. She had worked as a baker at Das Dutch Haus in Columbiana, retiring in 1999.

Theresa was an avid collector of Betty Boop memorabilia who loved Christmas, but most of all she enjoyed walking her dog and spending time with her family.

Theresa is survived by her daughter, Cindy (Bob) Potesta of Morrisville, NC; three sons, Louis (Peggy) Sabino of Nicholasville, KY, Al (Kathy) Sabino, Jr. of Lordstown, and Jim (Gail) Sabino of Raleigh, NC; a twin sister, Irene Kuhn of Niles; seven grandchildren, Krystle Davis, Lindsey Carusone, Frankie Carusone, Nick Sabino, Danika Sabino, Jereme Lovelace and Torie Sabino and five great grandchildren, Tycen, Landri and Kenedi Davis, Miles and Eliza Lovelace.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Al Sabino and her second husband, Joe Sabino; five sisters; and three brothers.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 9, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.

Funeral services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Mr. Robert Helbeck, Minister officiating.

Entombment will be at the Green Haven Memorial Gardens, Canfield.
