Leetonia - March 16, 2008 - Theodore H. Drouhard, 78, of 423 Honey Lane died at 10:30 p.m. Sunday in the Salem Community Hospital.

He was born May 25, 1929 in Wooster, son of Charles P. and Grace E. Sliger Drouhard.

Mr. Drouhard had lived in Leetonia since 1995 coming from Canfield OH.

He had been a lathe operator for Commercial Intertech in Youngstown for 27 years retiring in 1994. Mr. Drouhard was the Commander of the Joe Williams Post #131 American Legion and a life member of the York Drexler Post #5532 of the VFW. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.

He is survived by his wife, Nancy N. Simpson whom he married September 9, 1978; seven daughters, Mrs. Mike (Sharen) Huffman of Grove City, Karen Wilson of Akron, Cathy Drouhard of Columbus, Mrs. Ron (Debra) Colvin of Sebring, Mrs. Tom (Lisa) Truitt of Berlin Center, Mrs. Chester (Rina) Glista of Canfield, and Mrs. Marty (Trina) Glista of Canfield; two sons, Jim (Missy) Kennedy of Barberton and Richard Kennedy of Struthers; 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren

A sister, three brothers and a granddaughter, Danielle Kennedy, preceded him in death.

Services will be conducted at 6:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia with the Reverend Phil Kinsey officiating. Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
