Stephen Edward Roush

Lisbon-December 7, 2010-Stephen Edward Roush, 44, of 9890 Elkton-West Point Road died at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Youngstown.

Mr. Roush was born October 16, 1966 in Lansing, MI, a son of Ralph V. and Marilyn R. Neer Roush.

Stephen worked as an auto mechanic for Smith Brake in Boardman. He was a Free Methodist by faith.

Besides his parents of New Waterford Stephen is survived by his lifelong partner, Colleen McDermott of Lisbon and her daughter, Meghan McDermott of Columbus; two brothers, Scott (Julie) Roush of Canfield and Kevin Roush of New Waterford; a half brother, Ralph V. Roush, Jr. of Virginia Beach, VA and a half sister, Terri Ann Sappington of Charleston, WV.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, December 11, 2010, at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Mr. Jason Pancake, Evangelist officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbiana County Memorial Park, Calcutta. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday, December 10, 2010 at the funeral home.

Stephen gave the gift of life by being an organ and tissue donor. "When someone comes into our lives and they are too quietly and quickly gone, they leave footprints in our hearts and their memory stays with us forever."
