Shirley A. Kyser

Columbiana – Shirley A. Kyser, 85, of Columbiana, died at 9:15 p.m. Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at the Salem Regional Medical Center.

Mrs. Kyser was born April 26, 1931 in Lisbon, a daughter of the late Harold and Bessie Burgham Jugenheimer and had lived in this area all of her life. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband, Wilbur J. Kyser, whom she married December 12, 1953; a son, Terry L. (Carla) Kyser of Salem; a daughter, Deborah S. Kyser of Lisbon; three sisters, Sally Guthrie and Dixie Eisentrout, both of Frostburg, MD and Sharon Spooner of Newton, NC; a brother, Donny Jugenheimer of Lisbon; and three grandchildren, Richard Kyser, Abby Kyser, and Tyler Kyser.

She was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Kyser and a sister, Phyllis Booth.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 15, 2017 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Community Hospice Chaplain Pastor Lisa Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in Columbiana Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
