Sheila J Stumpf

Columbiana - Sheila J. Stumpf, age 86, of Columbiana, died on Sunday, May 18, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

She was born on November 13, 1938, in Washington County, PA, daughter of the late Miles and Gladys Hanam Dutton.

Sheila was a homemaker, a member of St. Jude Roman Catholic Church and past member of Covenant Life Fellowship in Washington PA. She was highly active in both church's, in lady’s groups and bible studies. Sheila enjoyed sewing, card club, cooking for holidays and family gatherings and she loved watching Turner Classic movies. She adored her family, grandchildren and great grandchildren and cherished all the time she spent with them.

Her husband, Ronald Edward Stumpf, whom she married on June 29, 1957, preceded her in death on, September 12, 2018.

Sheila is survived by her three daughters, Darla Mullen of Columbiana, Renae (L. Cree) Stumpf of Columbus and Kelly Slater of Columbiana; four grandsons, Jesse (Kristy) Mullen, Steven (Kristi) Slater, Jack Slater and Philip Slater; three great grandchildren, Grayson, Camden and Emilia Slater and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Stumpf and a sister, Margaret Dutton.

Burial will take place at Columbiana Cemetery.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
