Sandra L. Black

Beaver Falls, PA-Sandra L. Black, 57, of 3717 W. 6th Avenue, died at 1:10 p.m. Tuesday at Friendship Ridge Nursing Home in Brighton Township, PA.

Mrs. Black was born March 30, 1951 in New Brighton, PA a daughter of Jesse E. and Marjorie M. Woods Teapole and had lived in Beaver Falls since 1998 coming from the Darlington, PA and East Palestine, OH area.

Sandra was a homemaker.

Her husband Eugene Black, whom she married March 8, 1969 died February 28, 2005.

She is survived by her daughter, Lisa (Timothy) Pulcini of Leetonia, OH; her son, Richard (Connie) Black of South Beaver Township, PA; two sisters, Marjorie (Dayton) Groves of Mayer, AZ and Martha (Eric) Davis of Gaithersburg, MD; two brothers, Edward (Betty) Teapole of Wampum, PA and Thomas (Deborah) Teapole of Koppel, PA; two grandchildren, Sophia Pulcini and Brian Lalley; and two great grandchildren, Alley and Maddison Lalley.

Two sisters, Alice Groves and Donna Straub and two brothers, Robert and Howard Teapole preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine, OH with Pastor Mark McTrustry officiating. Burial will follow in New Waterford Cemetery. Friends may call from 2-4 and 7-9 pm Friday at the funeral home.
