Ruth A. Ehrenberg

East Palestine - January 17, 2007 - Ruth A. Ehrenberg, 76, of 2095 SR 170, died at 2:41 p.m. Wednesday at the Salem Community Hospital.

Mrs. Ehrenberg was born March 29, 1930 in Enon Valley, PA, a daughter of George R. and Myrtle Studebaker Fawcett and had lived here since 1981, coming from Enon Valley.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Pleasant Presbyterian Church, Darlington, PA and the EPO Club. She was a former member of the Enon Valley Fire Department Women's Auxiliary, the Enon Valley Women's Club, and the Enon Valley Presbyterian Church.

She is survived by her husband, Dale R. Ehrenberg, whom she married June 3, 1950; a daughter, Mrs. Charles (Darlene) Linert of East Palestine; two sons, Robert (Anita) Ehrenberg of Darlington, PA and David (Luanne) Ehrenberg of East Palestine; three brothers, Gilbert Fawcett of Enon Valley, PA, Richard Fawcett of California, and George Fawcett of East Palestine; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday at the Van Dyke-Swaney Funeral Home, East Palestine, with the Reverend Lee Bittner officiating. Burial will be in Glenview Cemetery.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. on Saturday.
