Roger A. Edgell

Columbiana- Roger A. Edgell, age 70, of Columbiana, died on Friday, December 4, 2015, at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland.

He was born on March 13, 1945, in Folsom, WV, a son of the late Hershell F. and Audra B. Powell Edgell.

Roger was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Columbiana and had worked at Fresh Mark, Salem.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia Rakes Edgell; two daughters, Lynn White of Glenmore and Tammy Luketic of Lisbon; three sons, Brian Edgell of Calcutta, Bill Edgell of Lisbon and Brad Edgell of Chester, WV; a step-daughter, Patti Rabquer of Louisville, KY; five sisters, Judy Burkel of St. Marys, WV, Patsy Trader of Fairmont, WV, Connie Higgins of Reader, WV, Camela Smith of East Liverpool and Jeannie Mays of East Liverpool and two brothers, Ora Edgell of Fairmont, WV and Larry Edgell of Norfolk, VA.

Also surviving are thirteen grandchildren and one great grandson.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 10, 2015, from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, Columbiana.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Jude Catholic Church on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Christopher Cicero officiating. Donations may be made in Roger's name to St. Jude Catholic Church. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
