Rodney D. Stokes

Salem - Rodney D. Stokes, 56, of Salem, died Saturday, October 7, 2017 at his home.

He was born June 5, 1961 in Salem.

Rodney was a veteran of the United States Marine corp. and he was employed with Packard Electric.

He is survived by his mother, Nancy Neff of Leetonia; a daughter, Jennifer Barns of Columbiana; a son, Dean Stokes of Columbiana; three sisters, Ramona Custer, Rose Melott and Roxanne Kerr all of Leetonia; and a brother, Larry Neff, Jr. of Leetonia.

Rodney was preceded in death by a brother, Paul Rowedda.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 13, 2017 at Woods-Rettig Funeral Home. Leetonia with Pastor Francis Burkhart officiating.

Calling hours will be 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, October 12, 2017 and 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Friday prior to the service at the Funeral Home.

Burial will be in Woodsdale Cemetery.
