Robert George Fogle
Leetonia-Robert George Fogle, 72, of State Route 558, died at 3:35 pm Tuesday, May 6, 2014 at Salem Region Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
Mr. Fogle was born July 28, 1941 in Youngstown, a son of George J. Marie D. Hromyak Fogle and had lived in Leetonia since 2001 coming from Rogers.
Robert was a manager for Sohio and Boron gas stations in East Liverpool and Chester, West Virginia. He had also worked for Veterans Outreach in Youngstown. He was a member of Ernest Angley Ministries in Akron.
He is survived by his wife, the former Ann Smith, whom he married August 27, 1967; a daughter, Lisa D. Bentfeld of Leetonia; a son, Rob Fogle of Chattanooga, TN; a sister, Darlene; three grandchildren, Brandon Bentfeld, Alexandria Bentfeld and Jacqueline Bentfeld; and a great granddaughter, Kaitlyn Boston.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Fogle.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Reverend James Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in Grandview Cemetery, Salem. Friends may call from 10 am 12:00 noon Friday at the funeral home.
