Robert "Bob" Edward Greenamyer

North Lima - Robert "Bob" Edward Greenamyer, age 78, of North Lima, passed away on Monday, July 21, 2025, at Mercy Health St. Elizabeth Youngstown Hospital.

He was born on April 16, 1947, in Salem, the son of the late Edward and Z. Gale Davison Greenamyer.

Bob was a graduate of The Ohio State University and had made his career working as a financial planner for many years.  As a proud alumnus, Bob was a huge supporter and fanatic fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes.  He was a man of many talents and hobbies that included golfing and karate.  He also enjoyed the simple things in life, like camping.  Mostly, he enjoyed spending time with his loved ones.

He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Sherry Rapp Greenamyer, whom he married on June 7, 1969; daughter, Stefanie (Darin) Rheichstein of Aurora, CO; son, Derek (Tania) Greenamyer of Powell, TN; sisters, Susan G. (Jack) Bupp of Columbiana, and Jackie Simon of Gaithersburg, MD.  Also surviving are his beloved grandchildren, Sierra, Kai, Ashley and Emma, as well as his extended loved ones.

Bob was preceded in death by sister, Karen Ann Jackson.

Per his wishes, no services will be held.  Instead, Bob asks that you take time to do something nice for someone else.  If you choose, you can make a donation in his memory to a charity of your choice.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
