Richard Leroy Reed

Leetonia - March 15, 2005 - Richard Leroy Reed, 70, of 37930 SR 344 died on Tuesday at his home.

He was born May 13, 1934 in East Palestine, a son of James and Evelyn Henry Reed and had lived in the area all of his life.

Mr. Reed worked in quality control at the Insul Company in East Palestine for 13 years.

He is survived by his wife, the former Margaret Delo; three step-daughters, Mary Flynn of East Palestine, Sally Stamp of Bristolville, and Debbie Skaggs of Leetonia; three step-sons, Robert Young of Colleyville, TX, Jerry Young of Lisbon, and David Young of New Springfield; a sister, Martha Langster of Virginia; 11 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Private services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia is handling arrangements.
