Rhonda S. Crawford
Rhonda S. Crawford, 44, of 715 Fairfield School Road, died peacefully with her family at her side at 9:25 p.m. Tuesday at the Salem Community Hospital following a courageous battle with cancer.
Ms. Crawford was born October 3, 1963 in Salem, a daughter of Everett T. and Carol "Mickey" Gorby Crawford and had lived in this area all of her life.
Rhonda was a cook for the Benjamin Firestone Post #290 American Legion and the 7&14 Restaurant in Columbiana. She attended the Union Ridge Baptist Church in Rogers.
She is survived by her mother, Carol "Mickey" Crawford of Columbiana; a brother, Tom (Michelle) Crawford of New Waterford; a sister, Tracy Swinehart of Columbiana; her friend, Tom Alderman of Columbiana; nieces and nephews, Jacob, Aubryn and Alyson Crawford, Travis and Abby Swinehart and Raelynn Meritt.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Pastor Randy Clark officiating. Burial will follow in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
