Reverend Delcie Mae Stewart, 75, of 277 Second Street, died at 1:41 p.m. Wednesday at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown.

Reverend Stewart was born June 9, 1932 in Williamsfield, OH, a daughter of Elmer A. and Elizabeth Silvasy Ludt and had lived in Bergholz since 1972, coming from Columbiana.

She was pastor of the Bergholz Assembly of God the past 36 years and prior to that was active in the Fisher of Boys Ministry, Darlington, PA and had also served as pastor of the Rogers Assembly of God. She was involved with Teen Challenge in 1970 and 1971.

She was preceded in death on October 18, 2005 by her husband, William James Stewart, whom she married March 24, 1951; a sister, Betty Kitchings and a brother, James Ludt.

She is survived by a son, Gary Ludt of Bergholz and two grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 8, 2008 at the Bergholz Assembly of God with Reverend John Wootton, of the Ohio District Council of the Assemblies of God officiating. Private interment was made in the Columbiana County Memorial Park, Calcutta.

Arrangements were made by the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
