Phyllis J. Miller
Columbiana- Phyllis J. Miller, age 81, of Columbiana, died on Monday, March 14, 2016 at her residence.
She was born on July 12, 1934 in Canfield, a daughter of the late Coy and Madge Lemon Helmick.
Phyllis was a homemaker and a lifetime area resident.
She is survived by a son, Brad Miller of Columbiana; a daughter, Julie Anttila of Youngstown; a sister, Shirley Hedge of Dublin, OH and a grandson, Daniel Miller of Lisbon.
Phyllis was preceded in death by her husband, Robert P. Miller; a sister and a brother.
Per her wishes, no services will he held.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
