Penny Lee Judy Keating
East Palestine-Penny Lee Judy Keating, 70, passed away early Friday morning, February 3, 2017 at Hospice House in Poland following a long illness with liver disease.
Mrs. Keating was born October 29, 1946 in Albuquerque, New Mexico, a daughter of the late Harry and Dorothy Beckett Judy and had lived in this area most of her life.
Penny was a homemaker and a devoted mother and grandmother.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Randy) Ball of East Palestine; two granddaughters, Schaelee Guy and Sela Guy; and two sisters, Candace Pascuzzi of East Liverpool and Sandra (Jim) Conkle of Wellsville.
She was preceded in death by her son, Edward P. Vollberg; and two brothers, Harry "Skip" Judy and Robert Judy.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 pm Friday, February 10, 2017 at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine. with Pastor Mark McTrustry officiating. Friends will be received from 6-7 pm Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Columbiana County Memorial Park, East Liverpool.
