Columbiana - Paul Weaver was born February 23, 1922 in Columbiana, Ohio to Edwin and Lena (Wenger) Weaver.

He lived his life in the Columbiana area except for the last four months of his life. He died March 3, 2010 in Fort Shaw, Montana at the home of his son Glenn. On July 4, 1948, he married, Anna Mary Witmer Weaver. They celebrated their 61st anniversary last July.

He found much enjoyment in his family; Wilbur and Rachel Weaver, Leetonia, Ohio, Eunice and Dean Maldaner, Rolling Hills, Alberta, Ken and Ann Weaver, Raymond, Alberta, Harold and Phyllis Weaver, Tilley, Alberta, Carol and Daryl Horst, Payette, Idaho, Eldon and Debbie Weaver, Suceava, Romania, Glenn and Anne Weaver, Fort Shaw, Montanta, and Mary and Gerald Horst, Salem, Ohio. He had 64 grandchildren and 65 great grandchildren.

His brothers and sisters meant a lot to him; Alma Martin, Moundridge Kansas, Edith Good, Hesston, Kansas, Howard Weaver, Middleburg, Pennsylvania, Sara Weaver, Columbiana, Ohio, Mary Ellen Eberly, Orrville, Ohio, and Anna Katherine Reesor, Pickering, Ontario.

He accepted Christ as his personal saviour in his youth and was a faithful member of the Mt. Joy Mennonite Church.

Waiting to welcome him in heaven were his parents; four grandchildren, Daryl Weaver, Rachelle Weaver, Mary Lee Weaver, and Adrian Horst; two great grandsons, Jeffrey Maldaner and Jerome Torkleson; and his brother David Weaver.

For forty years, home was on a beautiful farm along Lesher Road. He dairy farmed, did custom combining and dug many area ponds with his bulldozer. He enjoyed many outdoor activities with his family. The family gives special thanks to, Aunt Sara Weaver, for all your help in the last five years.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. at the Mt. Joy Mennonite Church, 549 Chestnut Street, Leetonia. Calling hours will be held at the church on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. and at the church one hour prior to the services on Wednesday.
