Norma Louise Floor

Columbiana - March 7, 2006 - Norma Louise Floor, age 81, of 18 Metz Road, died at 11:59 p.m. Tuesday at the Parkside Healthcare Center, Columbiana.

Mrs. Floor was born September 1, 1924 in Fairfield Township, Columbiana County, OH, a daughter of John William and Mary Evelyn Billingsly O'Neil and had lived in this area all of her life.

She was a homemaker and a member of Emmanuel United Methodist Church, East Palestine, the VFW Auxiliary of Washingtonville, and the Columbiana County AARP.

She is survived by her husband, Harold P. Floor, whom she married January 27, 1946; a daughter, Mrs. Elmer (Alice L.) Steele of Lisbon; two sons, Wayne E. Floor of East Palestine and Carl E. Floor of Pittsburgh, PA; a sister, Betty Henderson of Leetonia; six grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Lori Ann Floor, who was stillborn and two sisters, Marilyn O'Neil and Elsie Seller.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home, Columbiana with the Reverend Brian Hassel of the church officiating. Burial will follow in Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, Rogers.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 7-9 p.m. on Thursday.
