Columbiana May 31, 2004 - Mildred Spratt, age 71, of 88 Maplewood Drive died at 10:00 a.m. Monday at her residence.
She was born April 15, 1933 in Philadelphia PA, daughter of Henry and Mary French Hoochuk and had lived in Columbiana for 36 years.
Mrs. Spratt had been then she was a Saw Operator at Tube Tech in East Palestine for 20 years and had also been employed at Trump Casino in Atlantic City.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Columbiana and the Clipper Aire #2415 Fraternal Order of Eagles at New Waterford.
She is survived by her husband, James Allen Spratt whom she married August 21, 1969; two daughters, Mrs. David (Debra) Kerns of Hammonton, NJ and Ann Evans of Richmond, MO; two sons, John F. Zacchi of Brigantine, NJ and Matt Ream of East Palestine; a brother, Steven Hoochuk of Apollo Beach, FL and three grandchildren.
A son, James Allen Spratt, Jr. and a brother, Henry Hoochuk, preceded her in death.
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday in the Columbiana Cemetery with the Rev. Steven K. Brown of the church officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbiana Cemetery Columbiana.
