Mildred N. Benjamin
Columbiana - Mildred N. Benjamin, 86, of 21 Windrose Court, died at 9:37 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2012 at the Salem Community Hospital.
Mrs. Benjamin was born August 6, 1926 in Elkton, a daughter of the late Thomas and Nealie Sipe Coffman and lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne J. Benjamin; a son, Dale Benjamin; and two grandsons, Dale and Michael Sorrell.
She is survived by three daughters, Elaine M. Hostetter of Columbiana, Arlene Sorrell of East Palestine, and Darlene Catron of Lisbon; a son, Dean Benjamin of Calcutta; 10 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 28, 2012 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with the Reverend John Bartholomew officiating. Burial will follow in Columbiana Cemetery.
Friends may call from 10 until 11:00 a. m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
