Megan Ashley Detchon

Megan Ashley Detchon, age 37, of Leetonia, died on Thursday, July 9, 2026, at her home in Leetonia.

She was born on June 15, 1989, in Salem, daughter of John "Frank" and Rebecca Dattilio Detchon.

Megan enjoyed being outdoors, specifically working in the yard and recently found joy in art. She was a hardworking person; she helped her mother around the house and cared for her father. Megan was a devoted mother, she loved her children more than anything.

Megan is survived by her six children, Kylie and Gina Detchon of Leetonia and Molly, Allison, Matthew and Emma Withers of Columbiana; a brother, Andrew (Angela) Detchon of Cornersburg and numerous aunts and uncles.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Anthony P. and Rita J. Dattillio and John W. and Mildred L. Detchon and an uncle, James L. Dattilio.

Private family services were held.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
