New Waterford- McKenzie E. Toker, age 37, of New Waterford, died on Monday, December 28, 2015 at Hospice House of Poland.

She was born on May 17, 1978 in Salem, the daughter of Charles Nesselrotte and Maureen Burbick Nesselrotte.

McKenzie was a 1996 graduate of Columbiana High School and had worked as a server for several different establishments, including the former Main St. Dinner, Columbiana and most recently, O’Charley’s, Boardman.

She was a very kind and giving person. She loved helping others and volunteered her time helping coach the Crestview girls softball team and the Upwards basketball team at the Church of the Nazarene in Columbiana. McKenzie was high spirited and full of life. She had a great sense of humor and was adored by all. She was also a very creative person who enjoyed knitting, crafts and Pinterest. She loved spending time with her friends drinking coffee and sharing gossip. Mostly, McKenzie loved spending time with her children whom she absolutely adored. She will be greatly missed by all those who had the privilege of knowing her.

She is survived by her mother, Maureen Nesselrotte of Columbiana, her father, Charles (Tammy) Nesselrotte of Lisbon; husband, Jeffrey P. Toker of New Waterford; two sons, Caine Apinis and Max Toker; daughter, Mazzy Toker and a brother, Nathan (Tiffany) Nesselrotte of Columbiana.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 31, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Church of the Nazarene, Columbiana.

Funeral services will be held Thursday evening at 6:00 p.m. at the church with Pastor Jan Winnale officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice House of Poland, 9803 Sharrott Rd., Poland, OH 44514.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
