Aurora, OH-July 2, 2009-Matthew H. Dzurenko, 49, of 10238 Clipper Cove died Thursday morning of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. Dzurenko was born May 15, 1960 in Conneaut, OH a son of Michael and Eleanor Jean Myers Dzurenko and had lived in Aurora for two years coming from Columbiana. Matthew was a1978 graduate of Columbiana High School and a 1983 graduate of Youngstown State University. He was a sales representative for Unifirst in Cleveland. Matthew was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church, Columbiana and several softball leagues in the area.
Matthew is survived by two sisters, Monica Macklin of Columbiana and Mary Yelic of Littleton, CO; five brothers, Mark Dzurenko of Parma, his twin, Michael Dzurenko, Jr. of Powder Springs, GA, Monte Dzurenko of Odenton, MD, Martin Dzuenko of Richardson, TX and Mitchell Dzurenko of Powell; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Jude Catholic Church, Columbiana with the Reverend Thomas G. Ziegler officiating. Burial will follow at Columbiana Cemetery.
