Martha E. Beilhart

Leetonia - January 31, 2007 - Martha E. Beilhart, 80, formerly of Columbia Street, died at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday at the St. Mary's Alzheimer's Center, Columbiana.

Miss Beilhart was born June 28, 1926 in Leetonia, a daughter of the late John F. and Laura Nold Beilhart, Sr. and had lived in this area all of her life. She had been employed as a housekeeper at the Salem Community Hospital for 20 years, retiring in 1988. Prior to that, she had worked as a packer at the former Berg's Bretzels in Leetonia for several years. She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church.

She is survived by a brother, Howard "Ike" Beilhart of Salem and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Dorothy Ann Beilhart and two brothers, John F. "Jack" Beilhart, Jr. and James R. Beilhart.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery.

Friends may call at the church one hour prior to the services on Friday.

Funeral arrangements are being made by the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
