Marion E. Moser

Columbiana, Sunday May 9, 2004 - Marion Edward Moser, age 74, of 44849 Crestview Road died at 1:15 a.m. Sunday in the University Hospital at Cleveland, where he had been a patient for 8 days.

He was born January 19, 1930 in Wayne County, son of Albert A. and Gail L. Saurer Moser and moved to Columbiana when he was four years old.

He had been employed at the former Kaiser Refractories in Columbiana and then was a machine repairman for General Motors at Lordstown for 26-1/2 years.

He was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ.

His wife, Dorothy Louise Crider whom he married March 18, 1950; a daughter, Miss Wendy L. Moser of the home; two sons, Wayne Moser of Ocala, FL and Brian J. Moser of Lisbon; a brother, Raymond L. Moser of Leetonia; and four grandchildren survive him.

A daughter, Boniita L. Moser and a stillborn son preceded him in death.

Services will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Warrick-Kummer Funeral Home with the Rev. Michael Boehm officiating. Burial will follow in the Columbiana Cemetery.

Friends may call 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
