Margaret M. Longanecker
East Palestine - December 8, 2005 - Margaret M. Longanecker, 66, of 298 E. Clark Street, died Thursday afternoon at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown, following a long illness.
Mrs. Longanecker was born December 21, 1938 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Michael and Sylvia Malagisi Geffert and had lived in East Palestine 35 years, coming from Washingtonville. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband, Billy W. Longanecker, whom she married August 22, 1958.
A brother, Larry Geffert is also deceased.
Funeral services will be held at 3:30 p.m. Saturday at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia, with Pastor Kari Lankford of St. Paul's Lutheran Church officiating. Burial will follow in Oakdale Cemetery, Leetonia. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2:30 - 3:30 p.m. Saturday.
