M. "Eileen" Waters

Columbiana- M. “Eileen” Waters, age 79, of Columbiana, died on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 at St. Elizabeth Boardman Health Center.

She was born on May 22, 1936 in Pittsburgh, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph and Ellen Sweeney McSorley.

Eileen was a member of St. Jude Catholic Church in Columbiana and had worked as a secretary for Pennzoil for ten years.

Her husband, Charles N. Waters, whom she married on January 22, 1991, preceded her in death on August 1, 2002.

She is survived by a daughter, Kathleen Weinroth of Pittsburgh, PA; four step sons, Chuck Waters of Ocala, FL, Thomas Waters of Pymatuning, PA, Robert Waters of Pontiac, MI and Andrew Waters of Mars, PA. Also surviving are two granddaughters, Alissa Myers and Danielle Weinroth; two grandsons, Reginald Myers Jr. and Joseph Myers; and seven great grandchildren.

Eileen was preceded in death by a daughter, Karen O’Brien; step son, Daniel Waters; and two brothers, Joseph and James McSorley.

A memorial mass will be held on Monday, June 29, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Jude Catholic Church, Columbiana with Father Christopher Cicero officiating.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
