Salem- Lynn Etta Coppersmith, age 68, of Salem, died on Thursday, October 5, 2017 at her home, after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on May 25, 1949 in Pittsburgh, PA., a daughter of the late Herman and Nadene Eshenbaugh Wolff.

Lynn worked at Worthington in Salem, later known as Ventra Plastics for 21 years, retiring in March of 2015. She attended the Salem Bible Church and enjoyed fishing, boating, and gardening. She had a love for animals, especially her beloved dogs. Lynn found great peace in knowing that she would be reunited with her son Jason and the rest of her family in heaven.

She is survived by her husband, Lynn G. Coppersmith whom she married on August 1, 1992; step-daughter, Sherie Catstevens of Texas; two step-sons, James Coppersmith of Texas, and Scott Coppersmith of Salem; four sisters and a brother. Also surviving are six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Lynn was preceded in death by her son, Jason Stenger and a brother.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, October 8, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salem Bible Church with Pastor Doug DeMar officiating.

The family will receive friends immediately following the service in the church fellowship hall.

Burial will be at a later date at the Oakdale Cemetery, Leetonia.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
