Luella Mae Ward

Columbiana January 18, 2006 -Luella Mae Ward, age 88 died at 5:45 p.m. Wednesday in the Parkside Nursing Care Center.

She was born Sept. 27, 1917 in Unity, daughter of Park U. and Hattie Elwonger Buhecker.

She had lived in the East Palestine-Columbiana for all of her life.

She had been a Press operator for M&W Electric Manufacturing for 20 years.

She was a member of the Mt. Calvary Community Church.

Her husband, Herman Ward whom she married February 1, 1964, preceded her in death November 21, 1988.

She is survived a nephew, Michael Buhecker of Leetonia who looked after her, following the death of her brother Raymond P. Buhecker.

A sister, Esther Allison; also preceded her in death.

Private services for the family will be conducted. Burial will follow in the Crest Haven Memorial Gardens.
