Lois E. Bray
Columbiana-May 17, 2011-Lois E. Bray, 89, died at 1:15 p.m. Tuesday at Parkside Health Care Center where she had resided the past 20 years.
Mrs. Bray was born March 17, 1922 in Youngstown, a daughter of Gale Wood and Ella Eleanor Carlson Sprague and had lived in Columbiana since 1967, coming from North Lima. Lois was a homemaker and a Christian by faith.
She is survived by her three daughters Judy (Charles) McNeal of Columbiana, Susan (Joseph) Schwartz of Plattsmouth, NE and Beth (Jeffrey) Borelli of East Palestine; a sister, Patricia Schonhut of Columbiana; a brother, Gale (Betty) Sprague of Poland; five grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2011 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Pastor Kari Lankford officiating. Friends may call from 2-4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Columbiana Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to the staff and nurses at Parkside Health Care Center for the excellent care and love Lois received for many years.
