Columbiana May 23, 2004 - Lisa Kay Smith, age 39, of 528 South Main Street died at 4:47 a.m. Saturday in Columbiana due to the storm.

She was born August 2, 1964 in Salem, daughter of Gilbert F. and Betty Rapp Fennell and had lived in Columbiana all of her life.

Lisa was a Customer Service Representative for R&L Trucking at Columbiana and was a Contractual Carrier for the Morning Journal.

She was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ.

Beside her parents of Brooksville FL, she is survived by a sister, Mrs. Kenneth (Natalie) Bernard of Henderson, Nevada and a brother, Matthew Fennell of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina.

Services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in the Grace United Church of Christ, with the Rev. Michael Boehm officiating. Friends may call one hour prior to the service.

Memorial contributions may be made to Endowment Fund of Grace United Church of Christ.
