Leona Minnie Morey

Leona Minnie Morey, 96, of Auburn, Indiana, formerly of East Palestine, OH died Thursday, December 18, 2008 at the Wesley Health Care in Auburn, IN.

Mrs. Morey was born March 15, 1912 in New Galilee, PA, a daughter of Louis and Blanche Dyke Marshall and had lived in Indiana since 2004, coming from East Palestine. She had been employed as an assembler at M&W Electric, East Palestine for 20 years, retiring in 1976.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Morey.

She is survived by two daughters, Barbara Cusick of Ravenna, OH and Anita Cusick of Garrett, IN; 10 grandchildren; 36 great grandchildren; 35 great great grandchildren and 1 great great great grandchild.

Burial will take place in Glenview Cemetery, East Palestine. Funeral arrangements were made by the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine.
