Leetonia-October 3, 2011- Kenneth R. Entrikin, 62, died at 1:40 p.m. Monday at his home.

Mr. Entrikin was born January 22, 1949 in Salem, a son of Billy and Norma Walker Entrikin and had lived in this area all of his life.

Ken was a molder for the Eljer Company in Salem for 30 years. He served in the US Army during the Vietnam War and is a member of the Franklin Square United Methodist Church.

He is survived by his wife, the former Karen S. Pegg, whom he married October 30, 1981; a daughter, Amanda Entrikin of Leetonia; a son, Andy R. (Crystal) Entrikin of Leetonia; two sisters, Elaine Brown and Nancy (Kevin) Fiets both of Leetonia; a brother, Russell (Judy) Entrikin of Leetonia; and one granddaughter, Ellie Entrikin.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, October 6, 2011 at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia with Pastor Lisa Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Square Cemetery where military honors will be accorded by the Salem Honor Guard. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
