Columbiana-Kenneth James Crowl "Your Electrolux Man", 83, of Columbiana, passed away Friday, September 1, 2017 at Salem Regional Medical Center.

He was born November 4, 1933 in East Palestine, Ohio, a son of the late Glen P. and Evelyn P. McNutt Crowl. Kenneth was a graduate of East Palestine High School. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and was a member of the Benjamin Firestone Post #290, American Legion in Columbiana. Kenneth was extremely proud of his sales career with Electrolux Vacuum Cleaners that spanned more than 59 years. He was an active member of First United Methodist Church in Columbiana as well as the Citrus Ridge Neighborhood Church in Davenport, FL. He volunteered with "Give Kids the World" in Kissimmee, FL., fixing their vacuums. Kenneth was also associated with the Gideon Camp, Columbiana.

He is survived by his wife, the former Suzanne Heintzelman, whom he married June 16, 1956; two daughters, Janet (Timothy) Williammee of Cooperstown, NY and Joann Smith of Columbiana, OH; two sons, Kenneth D. (Susan) Crowl of Columbiana and James A. (Lisa) Crowl of Solon; a sister, Joann Huston of East Palestine; four grandsons, Jeremy Williammee, Ian Williammee, Michael Crook and Alex Crowl; six granddaughters, Michelle Baker, Katelyn Stokes, Amanda Crowl, Meagan Crowl, Sarah Crowl, and Rachel Crowl; and four great grandchildren, Tristan Williammee, Cora Mae Williammee, Brody Stokes and Madden Stokes.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Robert P. Crowl.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, September 3, 2017 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, where a funeral service will follow at 6:00 p.m. with Pastor Joshua Conley officiating.

Committal prayers will be held at the Columbiana Cemetery on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 10 a.m. Military honors will be accorded by the Benjamin Firestone Post #290, American Legion.
