Kathleen M. Hoffman

East Palestine - Kathleen M. Hoffman, 74, of 462 North Market Street, died at 5:53 a.m. Saturday, July 13, 2013 at the St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown.

Mrs. Hoffman was born January 23, 1939 in Midland, PA, a daughter of the late James D. and Dorothy Rakas Turley. She was homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, East Palestine.

She is survived by her husband, Gene R. Hoffman, whom she married May 2, 1959; a daughter, Vicki Hoffman and her husband, Doug Simpson, of East Palestine; a son, Terry Hoffman of East Palestine; and a brother, James D. Turley of Toledo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2013 at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church with the Reverend Dan Cipar and the Reverend Edward Brienz officiating. Interment will be in Beaver Cemetery, Beaver, PA. The family will greet friends immediately following the funeral mass at Uncle Sam's, 320 E. Taggart Street, East Palestine.
