Karl Smith

Columbiana - Karl Smith, age 65, of Columbiana, died on Tuesday, October 14, 2025, at his home in Columbiana.

He was born on April 30, 1960, in Salem, son of the late William and Alice Hiney Smith.

Karl enjoyed barbecuing with his friends and had a lot of various interests. The family would like to thank Karl’s friends for supporting him.

Karl is survived by his brother, Bradley Smith of North Carolina and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Kathy Alfriend and two brothers, Alan Smith and William Smith.

A private service will be held in his remembrance.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
