Kadon Brian Allen Illig

Leetonia- Kadon Brian Allen Illig, age 3, of Leetonia, went home to be with his Lord suddenly at his home due to an accidental drowning on Friday, July 31, 2015.

He was born on July 27, 2012 in Youngstown, a son of Rebecca S. Illig.

Kadon loved all things that little boys do. He enjoyed swimming, fishing, running and playing with his “Paw Patrol” toys.

Through this horrible tragedy, Kadon will live on through the selfless gift of organ donation.

He is survived by his mother, Rebecca S. Illig of Leetonia; his big brother, Cody Wilson; maternal grandmother, Ronda (Freddie) Webb of Leetonia; maternal grandfather, Douglas (Priscilla) Illig of Leetonia and his maternal great grandparents, Brian and Stephanie Heizler of Hookstown, PA.

He will be deeply missed also by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and all of his extended family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 5, 2015, from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Norm Eckart officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations are encouraged to be given to the family as a gift that may be made at the funeral home.
