Joyce Marie Felger

North Lima - Joyce Marie Felger, age 75, of North Lima, died on Monday, March 11, 2013 at the Hospice House in Poland.

She was born on January 1, 1938 in Turtle Creek, PA, a daughter of the late Joseph Little and the late Rita McGuiggan Aiello.

Joyce was a lifetime area resident and was a member of both the Women of the Moose and the Ladies Auxiliary VFW #2799.

She enjoyed traveling, especially to Florida and loved the beach. She liked cooking, country music and camping, but mostly she enjoyed spending her time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald D. Felger, whom she married on June 24, 1957; a daughter, Tammy Bednar of Youngstown; a son, Shane (Channa) Felger of Boardman; two sisters, Joann Peppel of Columbiana and Betty Jane Dillon of Austintown. Also surviving are three grandchildren, Nicholas Bednar, Chase Felger and Cash Felger.

Joyce was preceded in death by her father and step-mother, who raised her, Joseph and Ruth Little and by two brothers, James and Craig Little.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, March 14, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home in Columbiana. Services will be held Thursday evening at 7p.m. at the funeral home with Msgr. John Zuraw officiating.

Burial will be on Friday, March 15, 2013, at Crest Haven Memorial Gardens, New Waterford at 2p.m.
