Joseph C. Little, Sr

East Palestine - January 27, 2009 - Joseph C. Little, Sr., 62, of 5064 SR 170, died at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Youngstown.

Mr. Little was born August 18, 1946 in Salem, a son of the late Joseph F. and Ruth A. Slagle Little and had lived in this area all of his life. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War. He had been employed as a truck driver and dispatcher for several area trucking companies.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Schreckengost; a daughter, Jessica Netzel of Leetonia; three sons, Joseph Little, Jr. of Fulton, MO, Robert Little of East Palestine, and Josh Furlong of Salem; three sisters, JoAnn Peppel of Columbiana, Joyce Felger of New Springfield, and Betty Jane Dillon of Austintown; and 11 grandchildren.

A brother, James Little is also deceased.
