Joseph F. Greier
Leetonia - Joseph F. Greier, 46, of 36 Pine Street, died Monday at his home suddenly of natural causes.
Joseph was born December 12, 1964 in Salem, a son of the late Gary L. and Dolores J. Perry Greier and had lived in the area all of his life. He had been employed as a machinist at the former Spirex Company and later Xaloy Company of Boardman for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
He is survived by a sister, Pam (John) McIlduff of Leetonia; a brother, David (Judy) Greier of Salem; a niece, Susan McIlduff and two nephews, Nick Greier and Ryan Greier.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. Monday, July 18, 2011 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church with the Reverend Robert Edwards officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Friends may call at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday.
