John Herleman

John Herleman, age 81, joined our Heavenly Father December 9, 2025, at his home in Leetonia, Ohio, happy and healthy in the arms of his loving wife Kathy.

John was born and raised by his mother Rose E Herleman in Bridgeville, PA. He attended Chartiers Valley High School ‘62 and the Airforce while raising 3 children with his wife Cheryl.

John was a very hardworking man and loving father and retired from a very satisfying career at age 70. He loved to fish and hunt and watch the Steelers with his friends and family. With his detail oriented mind he could fix anything.

He is survived by his brother Fred and preceded in death by his sister Mary Jean, brother Bernie and first wife Cheryl. He is survived by his wife Kathy, his daughters Shelly Sulenski , Kim and her husband Andy, his son John, grandchildren Sara (Micheal), Vinnie (Danielle), Brianna, and Johnny, cherished nephews Mark, Kim, Nathan, and Kaleb, THOSE GUYS and a number of other family, step-family and friends.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2025, at 3:00 pm at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana, with Pastor Frank Larkins officiating.

Burial will take place on Monday, December 15, 2025, at 11:00 am at Chartiers Cemetery, Carnegie.
