Joann P. (Marriotti) Mckenzie

Canfield - JoAnn P. (Marriotti) McKenzie, 70, of 4324 Burgett Road, passed away peacefully at 4:35 p.m. Monday, November 22, 2010, at Hospice House, Poland.

Mrs. McKenzie was born August 17, 1940 in Youngstown, a daughter of the late Orlando and Anna Paris Marriotti.

JoAnn was a homemaker who worked hard for her family and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her husband, William C. McKenzie, whom she married December 12, 1992; the children of the late William C. Brown: Richard Brown of New Castle, PA, Karen (Russel) Yoho of Salem and Kathy (the late Steve) Hrivnak of Columbiana; a step daughter, Christina (Jake) Gwin of CA; two sisters, Dee Serra of Swanton and Rose Pastello of Youngstown; two brothers, Orlando Marriotti, Jr. of New Castle, PA and Steve Marriotti of NM; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

A son, William Brown and a brother, Anthony Marriotti preceded her in death.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, November 26, 2010 at the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana with Chaplin Carol Yablonovsky officiating. Friends may call from 10-11:00 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service on Friday. Burial will be in Grandview Cemetery, Salem.

In lieu of flowers monetary donations may be made in JoAnn's name to Hospice House.
