Joan P. Coppock

Columbiana - Joan P. Coppock, 84, of Columbiana, died Friday, August 11, 2017 at Covington Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

She was born March 7, 1933, daughter of the late Glenn and Ethel Weikart Jackson.

Joan was a member of Robbins United Methodist Church in Washingtonville, where she played the organ and piano for the church.

She is survived by her husband, H. Lee Coppock, whom she married May 3, 1968, a daughter Darla Copeland of Bloomingdale; two sons, Richard Kunkle of Leetonia, and Eric Coppock of Bowling Green; a step daughter, Shannon Sartoski of Canal Fulton; a step son, Lee Coppock of Silt, CO; six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Joan was preceded in death by a brother William Jackson.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, August 26, 2017 at the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia with Pastor Cheryl Vanatsky officiating.

Burial will follow in Washingtonville Cemetery.
