East Palestine - Devoted husband, father, and grandfather, JEFFREY L. WEBER, 56, of East Palestine passed away on April 21, 2016 at his home.

Born on March 15, 1960, in Salem, OH, Jeff was the son of the late Fred and Sue (Kerr) Weber.

He was a lifelong resident of the area having graduated from East Palestine High School in 1978 and Youngstown State University. He spent most of his career at Falcon Transportation, Youngstown, where he was most recently Logistics Traffic Manager at Arcelor Mittal, Weirton, WV.

Jeff enjoyed spending time and traveling with his wife, Kristine, whom he married on May 5, 1984. He was an avid motorcyclist and his greatest joys in life were his children and granddaughters. Jeff was a member of Grace Lutheran Church and the East Palestine FOE # 1506.

Jeff will be sadly missed by his wife, Kristine; daughter, Tiffani (Chris) Barletta of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; son, Zac (Maria) Weber of Niles; brothers, Chris (Bridget) Weber of Youngstown, Brad (Kenye) Weber of Crofton, MD and Mike Weber of Fort Wayne, IN; sister, Mary (Brent) Bowker of East Palestine; granddaughters, Carina, Aubrey, Ryah, Paloma, and Ava; stepfather, David Dugan of East Palestine; fathers-in-law, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, stepbrothers, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by his grandparents, Eugene & Julia Weber and Norwood & Mary Kerr, his mother and father in-law, Carol and Frank Quintanilla, three uncles, a nephew and a niece.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 24, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at the Van Dyke-Swaney-Rettig Funeral Home, East Palestine with Pastor Mark McTrustry officiating. The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday from 3:00 - 6:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Burial will be in Glenview Cemetery, East Palestine.
