Cuyahoga Falls- Jason Edward Stenger, age 44, of Cuyahoga Falls, died on April 24, 2015 in Findley, OH. A cause of death is pending.

He was born on December 2, 1970 in Rochester, PA., a son of Edward Thomas Stenger and Lynn Coppersmith.

Jason was a veteran of the United States Army having served six years, two of which being an Apache radio technician during Desert Storm. Later he spent two years overseas in Stuttgart Germany. Jason was currently working as a truck driver and had taught at Ohio Technical College in Akron. He loved motorcycles and was an avid Harley rider.

He is survived by his mother, Lynn E. and step-father, Lynn G. Coppersmith of Salem; his father, Edward Thomas and step-mother, Nancy Stenger of Washington, PA; his fiancAC., Elaine Boley of Cuyahoga Falls three brothers, Tom (Barb) Mannion of Aleppo, PA, James Coppersmith of TX and Scott Coppersmith of Salem; three sisters, Robin (Billy) Keihl of Washington, PA, Abby (John) Dains of Washington, PA and Sheri (Rob) Catstevens of TX and by three nieces, Courtney Mannion, Emma Stenger and Bridget Kiehl.

Military services will be held at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA on Thursday, May 7, 2015 at 1:00 p.m.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the Woods-Rettig Funeral Home, Leetonia.
